For customers who contact us via email response time is 24 hours to respond to email requests and inquiries.
Normally we don't provide support during weekends, except for urgent cases. In these cases, you only need to mark “Urgent” in your email, we will get back to you ASAP

If you don't like your item or it doesn't fit as well as you'd like, you have a 30-day period from the delivery date to make a return. Please contact us or apply for an exchange or refund. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we will not accept returns made after 30 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
