Shipping policy

1) We support delivery to the USA, England, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Switzerland, Poland, Austria, France, Denmark, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Finland, Sweden, Spain, Norway, Belgium, Germany, Greece, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and Singapore excluding APO/FPO addresses, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Hawaii, Guam, and Alaska. Customs fees will be borne by this website, our partner logistics company is yunexpress.

2) After the order has been paid for, the warehouse will ship your parcel within 1-3 days and you will receive a notification once the order has been dispatched. The notification contains a tracking number where you can track the parcel. The parcel can be delivered within 8-15 business days, if there is a delay in transit, we will notify you again in advance by email. 

3) If you buy the customized product, we will send you the mock-ups by email within 1-2 working days for confirmation, and we will produce them after your confirmation. Production of customized products will take an additional 7-15 business days.

4) We will make every effort to deliver your package ASAP. However, additional time may be required due to invalid addresses and custom clearance issues.

5) If there is any shipping issue with your package, you must contact Customer Support within 180 days after your order was placed.
