1)We support delivery to the USA, England, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Switzerland, Poland, Austria, France, Denmark, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Finland, Sweden, Spain, Norway, Belgium, Germany, Greece, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and Singapore excluding APO/FPO addresses, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Hawaii, Guam, and Alaska.

2) After the order has been paid, the warehouse needs 1-3 days to process your order. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped. The notification contains the tracking number, which allows you to track the package.

3)If you buy the customized product, we will send you the mock-ups by email within 1-2 working days for confirmation, and we will produce them after your confirmation. Production of customized products will take an additional 7-15 business days

4)We will make every effort to deliver your package ASAP. However, additional time may be required due to invalid addresses and custom clearance issues.

5)If there is any shipping issue with your package, you must contact Customer Support within 180 days after your order was placed.
